FIND YOUR FLOW
Choose from a variety of yoga styles designed to meet you where you are.
Yin Yoga
Yin is a very passive form of yoga, focusing on the deepest tissues of the body, including ligaments, joints, bones, and connective tissues. Requiring longer, deeper-held poses, Yin yoga works the lower portion of the body—hips, thighs, lower spine—with a short duration of the practice focusing on standing poses. During each asana (position), your muscles are relaxed to avoid spasms and stretched to increase flexibility.

Tami Aspeitia-Mastriona

Sarah Chapman

Mel Glover
Tami turned to yoga as a gentler alternative to running, discovering not just physical healing but a deeper connection to herself and the world around her. Over 15 years, her personal practice blossomed into a desire to share yoga’s transformative power with others. Her journey took a meaningful shift when her mother suffered a stroke. Inspired to help her and others facing brain injuries, Tami earned her 200-hour yoga teacher training (200YTT) and transitioned from a corporate career to teaching yoga full-time. She has certifications in Traumatic Stress and Resilience and Healing with Yoga, Yoga for Strength and Stamina, and CPR/AED/First Aid, as well as an MSP to better understand the mind-body connection. Tami created a yoga therapy program that has helped trauma survivors find peace and strength. She also partners with the United Stroke Alliance, traveling to Stroke Camps across Arizona and Colorado to bring yoga’s healing benefits to survivors and caregivers. With a passion for diversity in teaching, she has guided classes in senior chair yoga, adaptive yoga for stroke survivors and amputees, and yoga therapy for those facing PTSD, anxiety, and depression. She finds inspiration in every student and opportunity to grow. Now in Colorado, Tami is excited to immerse herself in the local yoga community, sharing her expertise and love for yoga in a beautiful and grounding environment.
Sarah fell in love with yoga at seventeen, drawn to its balance of movement and mindfulness. During the pandemic, while living in NYC and working in the restaurant industry, she sought a more fulfilling path. Returning to her home state of Colorado, she embraced her passion for teaching yoga. Now a dedicated instructor, Sarah teaches Vinyasa, Sculpt, Yin, Nidra, and Restore classes, continually expanding her knowledge to enrich her students' experiences. When she’s not teaching, Sarah enjoys Colorado’s great outdoors, hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. At home, she loves curling up with a good book and her two cats, Bubba and Chamie.
Mel discovered yoga in 2008 during a challenging pregnancy, drawn to its transformative potential. A life-changing trip to India in 2013 led her to formal training in Rishikesh in 2014. Since then, she has returned to India six times and trained extensively in the USA, amassing over 1,000 hours of training and 11 years of teaching experience. Specializing in Hatha, gentle, yin, restorative, kundalini, and flow yoga, as well as meditation and breathwork, Mel’s classes are therapeutic and accessible. Her teachings incorporate Ayurveda and yogic philosophy, offering a holistic experience for students of all ages and abilities. Before yoga, Mel earned a degree in Equine Science and spent over 20 years as a professional horse riding instructor and competitor in hunter jumper and dressage. Her background as a multi-sport athlete and coach in JROTC laid the foundation for her movement-based teaching approach. Mel lives in Superior with her family and loves the outdoors, enjoying hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, paddleboarding, and skiing. A creative spirit, she also writes poetry, makes jewelry, and attends live music events. Passionate about community, she partners with nonprofits and volunteers to support those in need, embodying the compassion central to her yoga practice.

I teach Mindful Flow (gentle vinyasa) and Yin Yoga (deep stretching), focusing on the connection between body and mind in each asana to cultivate presence and awareness.
