Our Strength and conditioning classes emphasize constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement. During these sessions, you will improve your cardiorespiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy and maximize your performance and fitness so you are ready for any physical challenge or activity inside the gym or out.

TOTAL BODY

Total Body Circuit- Body Weight circuit transitioning through upper body, lower body and core 


Total Body Strength- Full-body circuit training designed to promote maximal strength and strength-endurance. Utilizing equipment such as free weights, kettlebells, bands, as well as body-weight movements to increase muscle and burn fat.

The boot camp workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (weights, stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls, dumbbells, sleds, kettlebells) and stretching. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same.
