We offer a variety of personal training programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Whether you are a professional athlete, college athlete, high school athlete, pre-teen athlete or a recreational athlete, we have the personal trainers and the programs that will exceed your demands.

Impact Sports prides itself on delivering world-class personal training to all athletes that have the desire to get better. As an individual, you have several options. You can sign up for 1-on-1 training with your individual performance coach. You can also join one of our high impact group training programs or our goal oriented classes.

1-on-1 Performance Coaching

When you sign up for 1 on 1 training sessions, you will receive a customized program created just for you. After going through the initial pre-testing session (used to help gauge a starting point and formulate a plan) we design a program that will help YOU reach YOUR goals.You will have your own personal coach for every session. This is for the athlete who desires individual attention between you and one of our certified personal trainers. This is a program that allows us to devote all our time and resources on meeting your individual needs.

Team Training

Training with your team is one of the most effective ways to train. Not only will you soar to new heights individually, but the team will improve as a whole. When your team is dedicated to increasing its speed, power, agility and explosiveness you'll see the benefits in the upcoming season. Custom Athletic Training For Your Team.
