The Impact crew along with our partners Origin Media CoSynapse Physical Therapy, and Boulder Therapeutics have worked with athletes in the NFL, NHL, MLB, MLS, IHL, NCAA and US National teams.

Rylan, originally from Grand Junction, was one of the first people involved with Impact. He started as a baseball performance coach, and worked his way up to the Director of Sports Performance, and ultimately, now, as an Owner/ General Manager. He is not one to shy away from an athletic challenge and has implemented many different athletic practices and modalities to the facility. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, hunting, and coaching his three kids, in their own respective athletic endeavors. His wife, Danielle Reed, is also one of the Directors and Owners at Impact Kids' Club.

 Kari has been personal and small group training for 10 years and is currently an owner/director at Impact Fitness. Kari has always been an outdoor and fitness enthusiast. She was a competitive swimmer and runner through high school and college and has since competed and placed in many triathlons and endurance biking and running events.   It is Kari’s mission to help clients  gain strength, flexibility, mobility, and endurance so they are ready and able to compete, play, parent and keep up with life's busy schedules. She specializes in personal and small group training, weight loss, high intensity circuit training, strength training, and general fitness. She is dedicated to energizing, empowering and equipping clients and members for all of their passions and adventures. Kari absolutely loves people and she is all about creating a positive and motivating community!

Spencer graduated from CU Boulder in 2016, and after completing two internships with Impact Sports, began his training career as a Personal Trainer and Sports Performance Coach. His passion for fitness started as a means to train for other sports, but soon realized he preferred the weight training to everything else. Spencer played rugby through high school but began competing in local Powerlifting and Strongman competitions in college and beyond. Spencer strives to see transformations in people through strength training and adopting fitness as a way of living, “because when you’re strong, everything else that life throws at you seems to be just a little easier.” Since beginning at Impact, Spencer has worked with everyone from all sports and backgrounds from youth and high school, collegiate athletes, weekend warriors, and the local firefighting community.

Personal Trainer/ Sports Performance Coach

Education: Montana State University - B.S. Human Health & Performance with a focus in Kinesiology

 

Max graduated from Montana State University in May of 2020 with a B.S. in Human Health & Performance with a focus in Kinesiology. While attending Montana State he gained experience as a physical therapist aide,  and  interned with the Montana State Sports Performance Program. Max joined the Impact team after completing his internship under Tim Atwood. He has experience in working with older adults, youth athletes, and populations with special needs. Max lived an active lifestyle growing up in Boulder, Colorado. He grew up playing football, running track, water skiing, and alpine skiing.  When Max is not at Impact he channels his active energy into training, fly fishing, water skiing, alpine skiing, and golfing. Max has a passion for helping people live an active life and reach whatever training or fitness goals they may have.

CrossFit Lead Coach & Gymnastics Specialist | Sports Performance & Personal Traiener

Originally from Venezuela, Nathalie Flores is an elite CrossFit Level 2 Coach with over 20 years of experience in gymnastics as both an athlete and coach. A former competitive gymnast and martial artist, she has cultivated a deep foundation in movement, discipline, and athletic performance from an early age. Her journey through high-level athletics began in childhood, continued through her teenage years in competitive Karate, and evolved into a lifelong career dedicated to fitness, coaching, and performance development.

Nathalie moved to the United States in 2021 to expand her career on an international level and bring her expertise to a wider athletic community. In 2022, she joined Impact Sports Performance in Colorado as a leading coach, specializing in advanced gymnastics skills, high-performance CrossFit programming, and athlete development. She has coached a diverse roster of athletes, from youth to elite competitors, and served as a strength and skills specialist for top-level performers across various disciplines.

Her coaching style is a unique fusion of technical precision, energy, and deep movement knowledge — drawn from years of mentorship under world-class trainers in gymnastics, weightlifting, and CrossFit. Nathalie is also a competitive CrossFit athlete herself, with firsthand experience in high-pressure performance environments.

In addition to coaching, Nathalie leads social media strategy at Impact Sports Performance and creates content to educate, inspire, and connect with the fitness community. She is bilingual (English/Spanish) and proudly serves as a resource for our Spanish-speaking athletes and families.

When she’s not in the gym, you can find her paddle boarding or exploring the outdoors with her dog, Bella. Nathalie continues to push boundaries — both for herself and for every athlete she works with.

Robert comes to us as a Certified USA Boxing Coach, originally from Los Angeles, with 30 years experience with 47 amateur bouts including the Golden Gloves. His boxing life started as a very young man at Rocky’s Left Hook, which is famous for being the gym where Sylvester Stallone trained for the film Rocky.  In his US Navy days, he added 4 years experience fighting in Smokers and special events where he was an exhibition boxer and competed in Judo. Robert fought in Bridgeport, CT rising through the ranks all the way to the Golden Gloves in 1986.

Ultimately, Robert became a Personal Trainer with a specialty in one of his greatest loves – boxing. When he learned how much his clients also needed body work to accompany their training, he studied to become a Certified Massage Therapist with a specialty in trigger point modalities and deep tissue sports massage, later putting his skills to work in physical therapy and chiropractic offices. Later he became certified as a “Stretch to Win” Fascial Stretch Therapist (FST).

Raised in Arvada, Colorado, Wylie developed a passion for fitness through hockey, having played goalie for over 15 years. Hockey was the catalyst for their fitness journey and ultimately inspired a career dedicated to athletic performance. After serving five years in the US Navy Seabees, Wylie returned to Arvada and earned a degree in Health and Exercise Science from MSU Denver. In addition to coaching an adult women's novice hockey team, Wylie enjoys spending free time on the ice playing goalie, playing roller hockey, working out in the gym, or relaxing with family and their cats.

During their junior and senior years, Wylie volunteered with the MSU Denver strength and conditioning program, gaining invaluable experience in coaching and athlete development. They spent their final semester as an intern here at Impact Sports performance, finding their passion for coaching and helping people improve their lives through fitness. Now, as a strength and conditioning coach at Impact Sports Performance, Wylie is dedicated to helping individuals of all fitness levels build strength, improve performance, and achieve their personal goals through customized training programs.

Originally from Colombia, Andrea found her first Crossfit gym when she came to the United States in 2011. Coming from a background in a variety of sports (Volleyball, Ultimate Frisbee, Underwater Rugby), she was looking for something fun but that would keep her healty, active, and competitive. After a short time, Andrea realized Crossfit offered so many challenges in different aspects of fitness that it was exactly what she had been looking for.  This realization opened the door for a new found passion of helping others through fitness. For the past 7 years Andrea has worked as a Crossfit and Nutrition coach, both with group classes and tailoring programs to individuals who have more specific goals. The enjoyment she has helping people improve and reach their goals is just as exciting as reaching her  own.

When not in the gym Andrea spends most of her time in the water playing and competing in Underwater Rugby and Underwater Hockey.

After dancing for various companies in Chicago, Aimee  found that her passion for fitness was the perfect transition from performing.  She is a Master Trainer for Barre Intensity, providing training and support for barre instructors nationwide, and personally brings the Barre Intensity format to the Impact studio. You can also find her leading HIIT and general adult fitness classes.  Aimee believes we should make time every day to move our bodies, and embraces the possibility to create a mind-body connection experience through fitness.  She strives to create a positive, yet challenging environment for each of her clients, encouraging them to embrace their own personal strength and stamina to drive change.

Dan lives in Littleton and has been developing his fitness education since high school. Dan is an avid outdoorsman and has played nearly every team sport at a competitive level. He first got his start with coaching and training after joining CrossFit Forest in Southern California, where he developed a love and passion for helping others to pursue their fitness goals. After 2 years of training, Dan attended and passed his CrossFit Level 1 certificate course, and shortly after began coach’s training at his box in Southern CA. After developing cueing, assessment, and class management skills, Dan began to run the Beginner’s Camp program, eventually moving on to coach all class levels on a regular basis. Dan plans to continue his fitness education by completing the CrossFit L2 course, as well as attend multiple athlete seminars.

Chris Dawson-Jouzdani is a personal trainer, running coach, and an elite mountain/ultra-trail athlete based out of Westminster, Colorado. While ultra-running is his primary passion, his athletic background includes competing as a Division I collegiate swimmer at the University of Iowa, and as a professional long-distance triathlete.

Chris is deeply committed to helping others build, chase, and achieve their goals, which fostered his passion for coaching many years ago. Since then, he has had the privilege of working with a wide range of athletes in the pool, on the trails, and in the weight room.

He believes that everyone, regardless of age, skill level, or experience, deserves the opportunity to pursue personal fitness. For Chris, seeking an active lifestyle can be a gateway for physical, mental, and purpose-driven growth, and he is eager to help others recognize and achieve their potential.

Josh Dolan 

Performance Coach

Josh was born and raised in the Chicagoland area just making his move out to Colorado and starting at Impact July of 2022. Growing up Josh played over 15 years of competitive hockey all the way through college. He has enjoyed working out and fitness since he was a teenager and is eager to show the benefits and enjoyment of a good workout routine. His first internship and job in sports performance was under the supervision of the Chicago Blackhawks strength and conditioning coach. Josh has worked with clients that ranged from first timers in the gym to professional athletes. Josh now continues his own fitness journey by preparing for and competing in bodybuilding competitions.

Ryan grew up in Westminster, Colorado playing a variety of sports such as snowboarding, tennis, hockey, and soccer. He attended Colorado State University where he studied Health and Exercise Science and completed an internship here at Impact Sports. During his time in school, he was an assistant strength coach for the Colorado State University Army Reserve Officer Training Corps. He was also involved in coaching high school athletes and adult fitness members. Ryan enjoys training in all varieties of fitness from strength and speed to long distance running. He has a strong passion for helping others reach their goals and grow to their full potential. He believes success can’t be accomplished without hard work, a positive attitude, and a passion for what you’re doing.

Jordan is a Superior, CO native  and grew up playing  many sports. He has an extensive  background in competitive  swimming since he competed  at the national level through high school and college and has experience with the best swim program in the nation at UT Austin…Hook ‘Em!  Jordan understands many sports really well and is able to provide tremendous value with his training sessions. His sessions are tailored to the needs of each  individual and provide frequent opportunities to improve  personal bests, boosting confidence and motivation.  At Impact, Jordan works with athletes, adults, and local firefighters. He  enjoys anything water related: swimming, surfing, snorkeling, and paddling boarding!

T.Roe is a Former D1 Football player and current competitive endurance athlete, triathlete, Spartan and cyclist.  After sustaining 2 neck surgeries to repair herniated disks in his cervical spine - Thomas was told he might never walk again if he returns to the grid iron and continues playing football. This sidelined his dreams for the NFL but not his desire to compete. 

T.Roe understands the road to accomplishing your dreams and fitness goals are going to be challenging but worth it. His focus and commitment is your end result - period. Whether you’re looking to drop the weight, train and compete in an endurance race at any level or reach for the athletic scholarship, T.Roe holds you accountable every step of the way until your goal is accomplished.

Lisa a mother of three, a coach, graphic designer, and endurance athlete. Growing up on a farm in Earlville, Illinois, she developed her strength through farming chores.

Previously a multisport athlete, she competed in water skiing and softball until age 50. In her 40s, Lisa found distance running, which evolved into ultra-running and triathlons, leading her to appreciate the benefits of combining CrossFit and weight training—insights she shares with her clients.

After two years of personal weight training, Lisa recognized a need for beginner-friendly classes. She became a certified trainer, creating a program to support first-time gym-goers. She has also worked with youth athletes to improve their speed and strength.

In 2022, Lisa moved to Colorado, home to many endurance athletes. After a short trial, she chose a CrossFit box for its supportive community. Now a Level 1 CrossFit Coach, she combines her passion for endurance sports with functional fitness.

Outside of training, Lisa enjoys trivia and planning vacations—preferably those that include a race. She believes in limitless potential and challenges misconceptions about our capabilities.

I’m Ethan Moseley, a sports performance coach specializing in strength, mobility, and rehabilitative training for people of all fitness levels. With a background as a former Division II baseball player, and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, I bring both personal experience and professional expertise to every session. I’ve trained a wide range of clients, from youth to professional athletes, as well as adults simply looking to stay active and healthy.

 

My coaching philosophy combines strength training with customized, sport-specific techniques to enhance mobility, improve performance, and promote optimal physical health. Whether you’re aiming for recovery, increased strength, or greater flexibility, I’m here to help you reach your goals and perform at your best.
