FOUNDATIONS FOR ANY ATHLETE
M.A.P.S. was designed to be a course that enhances the athletic ability for anyone, no matter your athletic level. We start by teaching proper mechanics; setting a proper foundation for the rest of the course. The agility portion focuses on improving explosiveness and power through a wide variety of movements. The plyometrics will hone in on improving change of direction, balance, and power. Top it all off with speed training on our state-of-the-art turf field!
Phase 1 Begins November 2nd
MAPS has been a long-time favorite at Impact Sports. This time, we're rolling it out in several phases to make sure you get the most well-rounded athletic experience. The first phase, the Foundations Phase, will begin November 2nd. We'll establish basic mechanics, educate about injury prevention, and help the young athletes just get comfortable with their athleticism and body.
