Choose from a variety of yoga styles designed to meet you where you are.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is the foundation for many other styles of yoga practiced today. Hatha yoga emphasizes mastering physical postures (asanas) and breathwork (pranayama), laying the groundwork for more advanced practices.

Hatha yoga classes can vary depending on the instructor and their focus. Some classes might emphasize gentle stretches and relaxation, while others may incorporate more challenging postures or a faster pace. Generally, Hatha yoga is designed to be accessible to beginners and people of all fitness levels.

Ashtanga Yoga

This dynamic form of yoga is made up of a series of six levels, with a main focus on posture. As a more physically demanding yoga practice, Ashtanga promotes strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Students will begin with sun salutations and progress into a disciplined routine of standing and seated poses. Each position will become increasingly more difficult as the class goes on, placing an emphasis on breathwork and energy levels.

Power Vinyasa

Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, Vinyasa is a style of yoga that strings together various postures in swift and precise movements—allowing you to move from one to another seamlessly. This yoga practice is different from others because no two classes are the same. Instead, you’ll go through a variety of positions that vary in each class to help focus on breathwork and prevent repetitive motion injuries.

Slow Flow

Yin Yoga

Yin is a very passive form of yoga, focusing on the deepest tissues of the body, including ligaments, joints, bones, and connective tissues. Requiring longer, deeper-held poses, Yin yoga works the lower portion of the body—hips, thighs, lower spine—with a short duration of the practice focusing on standing poses. During each asana (position), your muscles are relaxed to avoid spasms and stretched to increase flexibility.

Athlete Yoga

Athlete Yoga is specifically designed to support active lifestyles and enhance athletic performance. This class blends yoga postures and breathwork to improve flexibility, strength, and balance while targeting key muscle groups often overused in sports and physical activities.

Athlete Yoga classes can vary in focus depending on the instructor, with some emphasizing recovery and injury prevention and others incorporating more dynamic flows to build stamina and mobility. Whether you’re looking to improve range of motion, boost mental focus, or aid in recovery, this practice is accessible for athletes of all levels and disciplines, offering a tailored approach to complement your training routine.

Mindful Flow

Mindful Flow Yoga is a gentle Hatha-based practice that brings together physical postures, breath, and mindful movement. In this class, you’ll flow smoothly from one pose to the next in sync with your breath, creating a sense of harmony and presence. With an emphasis on foundational postures, breathing exercises, and meditation, Mindful Flow cultivates flexibility, strength, and balance in both body and mind. This accessible class is perfect for beginners and people of all fitness levels, offering a calming, supportive environment to deepen your connection with yourself through mindful movement and intentional breathing.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also sometimes called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that induces a state of deep relaxation while remaining conscious. The practice often involves a systematic body scan, bringing your awareness to different parts of your body and releasing any tension you might be holding.

Breath awareness is an important aspect of Yoga Nidra, promoting relaxation and focus. While the body experiences deep relaxation similar to sleep, the mind remains conscious and aware. This allows you to process experiences and integrate positive intentions.

To further elevate this tranquil experience, pair it with a session in our Himalayan salt therapy den, which can enhance respiratory function and reduce stress.

Healthy Back

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt combines the foundational elements of yoga with strength-building exercises, creating a dynamic and energizing practice. This class integrates traditional yoga postures with resistance training, light weights, and bursts of cardio to elevate your heart rate and enhance your workout.

Yoga Sculpt classes vary in intensity depending on the instructor, with some focusing on high-energy flows and others emphasizing balance and form. This style of yoga is designed to challenge your muscles, improve endurance, and leave you feeling strong and revitalized.

Surrender Yin

Surrender Yin Yoga offers a deeply restorative experience, focusing on relaxation and renewal for both body and mind. This gentle practice invites you to settle into long, passive holds, allowing for deep stretching that targets connective tissues. As you embrace stillness in each posture, tension melts away, encouraging complete physical and mental release. Practiced in a warm, comfortable space set at 75-80°F, Surrender Yin is ideal for anyone seeking to unwind, de-stress, and restore balance. Accessible to all levels, this class provides a sanctuary for calm and rejuvenation.

Clarity Breathwork

Embark on a sacred journey guided by the power of your breath. Release stress stored within the body’s cells, facilitating the transformation of limiting thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. Connect with your inner self, shed burdens, and attune to the profound wisdom within your heart. This gentle yet powerful breathing technique extends to physical, emotional, mental, and energetic well-being, opening a gateway to your inner truth.

Sound Bath

A sound bath is an immersive experience designed to induce relaxation and well-being through the use of sound vibrations. It involves lying down or sitting comfortably in a quiet space while a practitioner plays various instruments like Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, buffalo drums, a crystal harp, and more.

The idea behind sound baths is that the sound waves can entrain your brainwaves, shifting them into a more relaxed state (think theta waves associated with meditation). Additionally, some believe the vibrations can physically massage your internal organs and chakras (energy centers) promoting healing and balance.
